Browse through the aisles of many vendors including the Official Akron Marathon Merchandise Store featuring Brooks licensed apparel for your last minute race day needs.

Vendor Info
Local, regional and national vendors are welcome to exhibit at the Akron Marathon Health and Fitness Expo. This one-day health and fitness expo reaches not only the runners, but the greater Akron community. All runners must come to the Expo to pick up their race information and bib. Traffic flow through the Expo will be designed to ensure that all attendees will pass by your booth. 20,000 people attended the Expo annually. Expo vendors will be offered:
- A 10′ by 10′ booth which includes: a sign identifying your company, pipe and drape dividers, an 8′ draped table, trash can and two chairs (additional charges will apply for electricity; phone lines, freight and additional furniture)
- Listing on the Akron Marathon website
- Listing in the event guide
- Break area with refreshments
Exhibitor space is at a premium, so we encourage you to respond quickly if you plan to join us!

Directions to the Expo
DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE JOHN S. KNIGHT CENTER (*Please note detour route below if scheduled to travel to the Expo after 6:30pm):
FROM TURNPIKE I-80 East to Exit 180 (Rt. 8 South) VIA RT. 8 Follow Rt. 8 South to Perkins St. exit Right on Perkins St. to High St., turn Left Stay on High St. (one-way street going South) past E. Market Center is located on the left at the corner of High & Mill Sts. Abundent parking is available all around the Center.
FROM NORTH I-77/I-76 (they run concurrently briefly) to Exit 22A VIA I-77 (Main/Broadway/Downtown) & WEST You will merge with a one-way side street (South St.) VIA I-76 Follow South St. to the 2nd light. At that point all traffic MUST turn left onto Broadway, which is a one-way street going North Follow Broadway to Mill St. (about 1-1 1/2 miles) Center is located at the corner on Broadway & Mill St. Abundent parking is available all around the Center.
FROM NORTH I-71 to I-76 East to Exit 22A (Main/Broadway/Downtown) and SOUTH (follow directions above) VIA I-71

T-Shirt / Jacket Exchange Policy
Participant Shirt/Jacket Exchange Program
Every participant in the Akron Marathon will receive a quality Brooks technical shirt or jacket. Shirts/Jackets should be picked up at the Health & Fitness Expo. We encourage all participants to attend the expo to avoid any pick up confusion. To provide the best possible event experience for all our participants we have instituted the following exchange policy.
Scenario A: The shirt/jacket size that was ordered at the time of registration is not available
Action Steps:
- Go to the exchange area
- Participant may try on other sizes if they choose
- If participant does not want a different size then name & info will be collected & participant will leave without a shirt/jacket
- Marathon staff cross references data & orders correct size or makes best effort size accommodations post event
Scenario B: The shirt/jacket participant ordered does not fit*
Action Steps:
- Go to exchange area with the size you ordered
- Exchange for best fit based on availability
- Participant can visit multiple times in case the size becomes available
- If you choose not to exchange at the expo you may exchange for best fit based on availability at marathon office after 10/15/12
- Mailing exchange will be subjected to a $5.00 shipping fee (shipments after 10/15/12)
- Marathon staff cross references data with participant list
Scenario C: Late Registration/ Did not come to the expo to pick up shirt/jacket
Action:
- Late Registration: Pick up shirt/jacket at exchange area based on availability
- Pick up best fit based on availability at marathon office after 10/15/12
- Mailing shirt/jacket based on availability will be subjected to a $5.00 shipping fee (shipments after 10/15/12)
- Marathon staff cross references data with participant list
